Journeyman Electrician
Qualifications:
-
Massachusetts Journeyman license
-
Valid driver's license
-
Residential and/or commercial electrical experience
-
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems independently
-
Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes
-
Strong communication and customer service skills
-
Ability to read electrical plans and blueprints
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Electrical Apprentice
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of electrical experience preferred (trade school graduates encouraged to apply)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
-
Willingness to learn residential and commercial electrical work
-
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
-
Basic knowledge of hand tools and electrical safety practices
-
Enrollment in or completion of an electrical trade program preferred

Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction practices
-
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
-
Desire to build a long-term career in the electrical industry
Plumber / HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:
-
Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing and HVAC systems
-
Service boilers, furnaces, hydronic systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
-
Troubleshoot system performance and airflow issues
-
Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades
-
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
-
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
-
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Carpenter
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in residential construction
-
Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
-
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
-
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
-
Basic tool set (company will provide specialty equipment as needed)

Commitment to quality, pride in your work, and a positive attitude
