Qualifications:

Plumbing & HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing and HVAC systems

Service boilers, furnaces, hydronic systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits

Troubleshoot system performance and airflow issues
-
Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades

Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Maintain clean and organized job sites
Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Manage and maintain calendars for site visits, technical appointments, and internal meetings.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper sorting, distribution, and timely responses.

Respond to emails promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

Deposit checks and manage basic financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.

Prepare and maintain reports, including operational summaries, scheduling updates, and administrative documentation.

Assist the team with various administrative tasks to support overall business efficiency and organization.
