Carpenter
Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience in residential construction

Strong framing and finish carpentry skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Basic tool set (company will provide specialty equipment as needed)

Commitment to quality, pride in your work, and a positive attitude
Plumber / HVAC Technician
Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing and HVAC systems

Service boilers, furnaces, hydronic systems, heat pumps, and mini-splits
-
Troubleshoot system performance and airflow issues
-
Perform maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades
-
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Maintain clean and organized job sites
